"Speaking one's truth" chakra

I work with a thirteen chakra system.

In that, there is a new chakra I am specifically aiming to develop, located between the Heart and Throat chakras, which is based on making it easier for to “speak from the heart”, or “speak my truth”. It has the following properties, in my system of working:
